	Benyamin: So Lil Bit. You won the "Spotlight Of The Month" contest for August. How do you feel about that? Lil Bit: I feel great! I didn't know what to expect from the voting, but I'm so glad I won. Benyamin: So what are your plans for the prize? Lil Bit: I plan to spend it all on Baby Phat. Girlfriend (Kimora) has everything I want and need in her clothing line. Benyamin: What type of clothes do you like to wear? Lil Bit: I love wearing clothes that show off my legs and accent my butt. I've been told I have nice legs and an Apple Bottom. (lol) Benyamin: So you're a tease aren't you? Lil Bit: Not really. You can say I'm a big FLIRT though. I believe in showing off what you have, but in a tasteful way. Benyamin: Do you think that gives off the wrong impression about yourself or cause men to go after you for the wrong reason?
	Lil Bit: I think you should never read a book by it's cover. I don't dress provocative on the regular, just mainly for my photo shoots. Men will be men no matter what a woman wears. Benyamin: So am I to assume that you're single? Lil Bit: I am very single!!! Benyamin: Looking? Lil Bit: Not looking. I find that when you look, things don't always go the way you planned. So I'm going with the flow now, but man I hate the dating scene. Benyamin: What do you hate about it? Lil Bit: All the games that people play. If you're only looking for one thing (sex) then be real about it.
	Benyamin: Are you real about it? Lil Bit: I'm definitely real about. I'll tell a man upfront.. If all you're looking for is sex...keep stepping, cause no one gets My Goodies unless they are my MAN. Too many things out there to catch and I'm not putting myself at risk for anyone. Benyamin: That's good to know. So what are you looking for in a MAN? Lil Bit: Man...Hmm let me try to keep this short. I pretty much want what any REAL woman wants. Someone that's dependable, honest, a communicator, a great provider, responsible, a family man, so on and so forth. Basically if I put 110% into the relationship he needs to do just the same, don't come half steppin'. Benyamin: And what makes you a REAL woman? Lil Bit: I believe I'm a real woman cause I don't play games. I'll let you know what's on my mind at all times, you'll never have to guess what's up with me. If you're bold enough to ask a question, I'll be real and upfront enough to answer it honestly.
	Benyamin: So how should a man with pure intentions approach you to separate himself from the bunch in the dating scene? Lil Bit: Just come real. Don't feed me no BS lines and tell me how beautiful I am or anything like that. Come at me the way you'd want to be come at. Now that's all I'll say to that question, some men are great actors and will use what I say against me. Benyamin: You're a tough woman for someone called Lil Bit. How'd you get that name? Lil Bit: Well standing at 5' and weighing in at 118 lbs...I think it fits, but an old friend actually gave me that name years ago. Benyamin: So what is a typical day like for Lil Bit?
	Lil Bit: Well a typical day for me is probably like any other single parent. I get up get at 5:30 on weekdays, get the kids up, we all take care of personal hygiene and then we sit down to breakfast. Then we get dressed and head out the door about 7. I drop them off at my mother's then I head to work. After work I pick up the kids, go home, cook dinner, feed the kids, get them ready for bed and go to sleep around 11 and then it starts all over again the next day. Not all that exciting but a mother's work is really never done. Right now school isn't in or we'd be adding in help with homework after dinner. Benyamin: So you're pretty much family oriented then? Lil Bit: Oh definitely. My kids are my number 1 priority. Benyamin: How many children do you have?
	Lil Bit: I have two boys, ages 9 and 2. My 2 year old will be 3 next month and my oldest will be 10 in December. Benyamin: In your application you said that people hate that you are still so small after having children. How do people react to you when they know that? Lil Bit: Well most people are just shocked. First off cause I look too young to have 2 kids, then they say who had them for you cause I can't tell. Men are just happy as can be and they say, at least one black woman who hasn't let herself go after kids or marriage. Women...some are like you go girl, others are hmm have one more and see what happens. Or they just come real REAL and say damn I hate skinny woman. Benyamin: Does that negativity bother you?
	Lil Bit: Not at all. I can't help what God gave me and it doesn't hurt that I do go to the gym five days a week. I really don't have to, but I do it to stay healthy...you know keep the blood pressure down. Oh, and the cholesterol. I don't trip off the haters cause the ones that are jealous don't do anything to make themselves look better. I never see them at the gym, they are always eating. Benyamin: So you watch what you eat as well as work out? Lil Bit: I eat a lot also, but I eat healthy. I mainly crave salads so I eat a lot of those. Don't get me wrong, I will throw down on some fried, fattening foods also but those leave a heavy feelin' on me and I don't like that. I'm a snacker too. I have to have something in my mouth at all times. I eat about four to five meals a day and snack in between. Benyamin: What are you snacking on now? Lil Bit: I'm eating some frosted miniwheats now.

Benyamin: So you work five days a week, work out five days a week and snack in between those. That along with raising children, which is a 24 hour a day thing, how do you find time for fun? And what do you like to do for fun?
Lil Bit: My fun doesn't really start til the weekends. The weekend I don't have my boys (they go to their dads every other weekend) I hangout with my friends, do my photo shoots and take some me time.
Benyamin: So tell me about your venture into modeling? I know this is pretty new to you.
Lil Bit: Yes, very new. I just started in May of this year and so far it's taken off pretty well. I don't know a whole lot about the business but I am learning more and more everyday. I've wanted to model for so long, but before, I was always told that I was too short. Of course that's before print and commercial work became popular.
Benyamin: What made you finally come to this conclusion?
Lil Bit: Well I was given a website to look at for just general purposes and I noticed this online modeling agency. So I submitted an application, did the photo shoot and was told by many friends and anyone that I showed my pictures to that I should pursue this as a career. So I spent many days and nights on the computer sending my pictures to just about everyone that would see them and asked if I could be featured on their site. From then on everything pretty much just kept falling right into my lap. I figured I wasn't too short when I was getting all the attention from my site and being featured on different sites. I believe BIG things do come in small packages.
Benyamin: So what BIG things can we expect from you?
Lil Bit: I'm trying to get to the top. I would like to be featured in XXL, King, FHM, Maxim and even Playboy one day. I'm very interested in doing music videos and one day end up on the big screen. I'm currently working on my second site (due in about 3 weeks) and my own personal 2005 calendar, so look for that in late October.
Benyamin: How has your life changed since you began modeling?
Lil Bit: Well my weekends are much more busier. I have a shoot at least every other weekend or I do a fashion show. I'm always doing something with modeling on my weekends but I love it. I can't wait to do more, much bigger assignments, like traveling.
Benyamin: How easy is it for you to find work? I know models who have been in it longer than you have and are still struggling. You seem to have something going on every week.
Lil Bit: I send out a lot of emails, I work with a great photographer and I just have the gift of GAB. Not to say it'll always be this way but I know there's a lot of effort and work that has to be done to get work. You can't just sit around and wait for things to come your way.
Benyamin: So what advice do you have for other newcomers?
Lil Bit: To just be serious about it. Learn as much as you can about the business. Don't take any and all assignments that come your way no matter how much money is involved. Know your limits...if you know you don't want to do "NUDES" don't let anyone talk you into it. Keep a positive attitude and know that any moment you can be on top or no where at all. This business is very competitive and no one is guaranteed to be in it for any length of time.
Benyamin: What are your limits?
Lil Bit: Well I will not do PORN at all. Artistic nude is cool. I love my body and don't mind showing it off. Just in a tasteful way.
Benyamin: Have you done any such modeling since you've begun?
Lil Bit: I've taken some nudes for my new site that'll be up in about 3 weeks.
Benyamin: What can people expect from your new site? The one you have up is very good. Why the change?
Lil Bit: Well the designer I worked with on that site is being a lil difficult. He wants to charge an arm and a leg for updates. So I've found someone else that is actually showing me how to create websites so that I can update it on my own without having to pay. Also my next site will be a paid one. It'll be affordable and even if you don't join as a member there will be plenty of other things on the site to access. The next site is definitely gonna be HOTTER, but still classy and SASSY.
Benyamin: So we will be seeing a drastic change in what we know of Lil Bit now?
Lil Bit: Not really a drastic change. I have some tasteful topless shots on my current site. The most you'll see on my new site is topless and you'll see my butt, the GOODIES in the front down below will not be seen. There will be sexier poses, cause I am working with different photographers, and sexier clothing. Every pic won't be nude.
Benyamin: Having a child who will soon be 10 and at that age of awareness and being apparently close to your mother, do you foresee any conflicts occurring?
Lil Bit: Not at all. My son knows that I model and he's seen many pics of me, not the nude ones. But I talk to him and he knows that I do model nude. He also knows the difference between tasteful nude and not so tasteful nude. I talk to my son about a lot and that's how I was raised. I wasn't sheltered from a lot of things. We had an open door policy with our parents that we could ask and talk about anything. Even SEX. So no conflict will occur. If they do, we'll handle it at that time.
Benyamin: So all around your family structure is tight and it seems as though you have a good head on your shoulders. You are headed in the right direction with everything. What things other than in modeling are you aiming for that you haven't seemed to achieve yet?
Lil Bit: I would love to get into acting. It would be so nice to go to a movie and see myself or my kids on the big screen. I also want to travel the world and see new things. I grew up a military brat but all the exotic places I've been I can't really remember cause I was a kid.
Benyamin: What places would you like to travel to?
Lil Bit: I really want to go to the Cayman Islands. I heard it's so nice over there. In March I am going to Hedonism III and then in June to Brazil.
Benyamin: So you'll pretty much be on the move come next year. Maybe you'll squeeze the Cayman Islands in there. Hopefully you'll be able to live off of modeling and have a ball with you and your children.
Lil Bit: I do plan on going to The Caymans in 2007. Hopefully modeling does me well so I can do some fun things with my kids.
Benyamin: Well I hope the best for you and your children. Keep up the good work. If everything goes well I should be seeing you around. Anything else you'd like to say before we end this?
